What is Plant council
These sessions combine expression through art-making with the experience of intuiting Flower Essence plant medicines. The processes re-connect, or bring awareness to, your intuitive, right-brain faculties and so support you in
your journey of healing and growth.
It is a playful way of contacting your inner guidance – your intuition.
It combines plant remedies with abstract art making.
You choose your flower essences and then ‘translate’, in real-time, the connection you have made into ‘mark making’ as a way of accessing the ‘plant language’ through the creative brain, which is the right hemisphere that thinks in pictures, patterns and circles and easily finds connections. (The left hemisphere represents the linear, rational, dividing aspect of our mind).
The practitioner facilitates the session according to the person’s needs; to
encourage the flow, create and hold a safe space and to offer support in reading the plant’s messages.
For some people, the processes of the intuitive, right-brain will be familiar and more easily accessible. For others it could be foreign or even uncomfortable.
Thus, in itself the process of engaging with those, perhaps ‘feminine’, aspects of ourselves have the potential to address wounds we may carry around themes such as our creative abilities, our self-trust or the fear of losing control.

In essence we are one. In essence we are love.

They remind us of our original, whole, healthy self.
They all radiate LOVE as their main vibe, which nourishes the soul.
All other constituents are additional and can help us with different issues.
And we believe it is the soul where the healing has to happen; the body follows.

When I experienced an injury to my foot – I had just dropped a board straight down on my foot, it was hurting badly and I could see it swelling up and filling with blood under the skin. I was about to teach a class and thought: This feels bad. I texted Sandesh and I was lucky that she had time to do an Accunect distance healing immediately. After sitting down, cooling my injured foot for 10 minutes I was able to teach without pain and keep walking on my foot.
In the same way I feel supported with emotional issues or other bodily ailments. It is surprising how accurate the readings are when I read the documentation of the session on my mobile fon.
