Being in the Flow is nature’s recipe for feeling good, for being connected. Everything always keeps changing , it never stops. But our mind has its set habits and they are in the way of a more flexible navigation of the moment. So many different vibes are coming in constantly , meeting other people ,we are flooded with information creating emotional responses . Our multilayered amazing bodymind is deciphering it all, digesting it and supporting us in staying in the flow. So many system are involved in the process of digestion and integration:Our biofield, our chakras, the nervous system, meridians, endocrines are all pre-digesting before it reaches the physical body and its organs. Maybe we need more Prebiotics for our energy body! Or what about increasing our emotional enzyme secretions?!
Being in the flow needs a lot of courage. It is not taught at school and it is not encouraged by our society. Because it means that you learn to listen to your needs again and respect your daily fluctuations, allowing to come back to a more cyclic way of life, in relationship with the moon phases and its guidance for when to rest and when to work out. This also means that you let go of the need for performance and stop putting up a false face. ‘Light up if you’re feeling happy, but if you are said, then let those tears roll down.’
Living with the seasons, the circadian rhythm, all of natures friends and allies in the form of plants, medicines, foods and elements are a good support team to get back into the flow. It’s a beautiful journey to be on once you get the hang of it. So much to explore. And we are all in this together!
