Carrot salad
made according to the 5 Element cooking chart:based on Traditional Chines Medicine wisdom
Grate 2 medium sized carrots (or maybe start with one). ELEMENT EARTH
Blend 1tsp Hempseed oil in. ELEMENT EARTH
Add a bit of nutmeg, coriander, chilli and dried ginger. ELEMENT METAL
Blend this together and add tamari to taste (or salt). ELEMENT WATER
1 tsp Apple cider vinegar. ELEMENT WOOD
And a bit of tumeric. ELEMENT FIRE
Sprinkle some roasted and salted sunflower seeds. ELEMENT EARTH
And maybe another ½ tsp of olive oil. ELEMENT EARTH

protection clears bowels, also of parasites, stimulates digestion and metabolism, benefits the lungs, (Metal element)

conditions, acts anti- inflammatory on mucous membranes, excellent source of fiber…..and more
